All records ship from Odder, Denmark with GLS. Every order is packed by hand in a stiff record mailer with corner protection, so your vinyl arrives the way it left us.
Delivery times
Delivery times are counted in business days from your order.
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
Orders are usually packed and handed to GLS within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next business day.
Shipping costs
- Denmark: 55 DKK
- Rest of the EU: 299 DKK
The exact price is shown at checkout before you pay. Buying several records? They ship together in one package, so you only pay shipping once.
Delivery options
Depending on your country, you can choose delivery to a GLS ParcelShop near you or directly to your address. The options available are shown at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email from GLS with a tracking link.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU countries. Prices include Danish VAT when relevant and no extra customs or import fees apply within the EU.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is damaged on arrival or doesn't show up, contact us at dj@vinyltoast.com, ideally with a photo of the package. We'll sort it out with GLS and make it right with you.
